Where can I get the information on the whole range of Australian Bodycare products? 12. What is Tea Tree Oil used for? 1. Sensitive Skin According to Australian Bodycare all their Tea Tree Oil products are Hypoallergenic. However please do test a small area of your own skin for suitability, by using one of our free small samples available upon request. 2. To check the cost, just carry out your shopping right up to the checkout, and once you have entered your country in the appropriate box and well before entering any credit card details, you can click on the "Recalculate or Preview Button", this will calculate the postage and or if you require to pay VAT (UK Value Added Tax) or not. Channel Islands customers please choose Channel Islands as your country, choosing UK will attract VAT. 4. All Orders when placed by a customer, end up in a secure environment on WorldPay secure server. The Server script automatically sends the customer a confirmation e-mail and an order e-mail is sent to us to tell us exactly what was ordered and by whom. No cerdit card details are shown on this order e-mail. Once we receive the order, if there is a mismatch in details or address we normally get an alert or a cautiion by WorldPay in which case where possible we e-Mail or ring the customer to verify the details. The main reason for this happening is when a customer wants the goods sent to his/her work place therefore the address they gave for their card details do not match the WorldPay security database. To avoid this happening customers must give their billing address as the one where the card staements are normally sent and if then they want the goods delivered elsewhere, they must specify this in the Shipping Address. The order is then printed out and packed. At no point is the customer's credit card details stored on our hard drive. 5. Goods ordered within UK it normally takes about 3-4 working days to get to you from the day of ordering. If the goods are out of stock, this may take about 7 days. For overseas orders Worldwide, USA or Canada please allow 14 to 20 days. In most instances customer have been reporting goods delivery within 3 days in UK, and 7-10 days world wide. 6. Ecological friendly indeed, so much so that in order to guarantee the quality of their products, Australian Bodycare plantations are run solely on ecological principles without the use man made fertilisers or herbicides, using instead grazing sheep that act like the natural weed controllers and fertilisers. Products are not tested on animals either. 7. Lost Parcels are not very common. However if this were to happen, we will e-mail you a copy of Royal Mail proof of posting or Royal Mail Parcel Force certificate to indicate that the parcel was indeed sent to the address on the certificate. Once it is established that a reasonable time has passed (10 days or so for UK and about 20 days for overseas) and provided there are no other factors like postal or transportation strikes etc, we will then put in a claim to recover the loss from Royal Mail, and you may claim a refund or replacement goods. 8. Buying Wholesale We are not Australian Bodycare we are a retail outlet online who happen to sell their products. We are sorry we are not able to help you there, nor are we able to locate one on your behalf, as different areas of UK are served by different wholesalers. As you will appreciate it takes time and effort to research any such request. 8a. Buying Retail We assume that people asking this question somehow think we are Australian BodyCare and that it would be in our interest to provide this information. Please be fair to us, why would we want to send you somewhere else when we have it right here.
