POSTAGE & PACKING We often get asked how much is postage & packing?

This depends on what you are buying (weight dependent) and which country you live in, UK, Europe, Canada, USA etc. Unlike some sites, we do not charge a flat inflated rate our charges are based on actual Royal Mail charges + packaging costs.

Well before you submit your card details or place an order, you are given the opportunity to establish exactly how much postage you will be paying. This can only happen after you have filled in your address details so that the Royal Mail Script can calculate from the given address destination and the weight of the product (The Royal Mail Script installed knows the weight of each product).

You are by no means at this stage committed to buy if you are not happy. You have a choice to abandon the purchase at any stage before reaching the final payment page.

Royal Mail you will be presented with one options Royal Mail 1st Class Contrary to popular belief 1st Class does not mean next day delivery, it all depends on what time of the day and what day of the week you placed an order. We dispatch 3 times a week Mon, Wed and Fri. Orders arriving after 4pm on Tue or Thurs will be dispatched the following Fri or Mon respectively

Missing Parcels Should a parcel go missing, you must let us know whithin 10 days of ordering for UK and 15-20 Days for overseas customers. We will ask you to first check with your neighbours and your local sorting office, if they can't help then we will instigate a claim against Royal Mail on your behalf we keep proof of postings for no less than 12 months Royal Mail will not compensate if the claim is submitted after 30 days of the parcel being posted.

Once we receive the claim we will either refund or send a repalcement, whichever suits you.

Provided that we can prove that the parcel was dispatched, we can not be held responsible for a parcel not delivered by Royal Mail, we will however with your cooperation chase it up on your behalf as well as submit a claim on your behalf.

In many cases undelivered parcels are sent back to us for various reasons including incorrect address/post code or the postman left a card for you to collect because you were not at home (and you failed to re-arrange a delivery or collect it from their sorting office). Should this happen we will gladly re-post it but this will attract additional postal cost.

For overseas customers the only option available is Air Mail.

The delivery time can be as little as 3 working days but sometimes can take upto 5 working days (UK) or more during busy periods, holidays or industrial actions. Europe 4-7 working days Worldwide 7 to 15 working days.
