We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.

Any such refund or replacement apply to Australian Body Care product/s and other skin care, footcare product/s bought from this web site or ordered by phone or fax from Newalan Direct.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days after the day of receiving your goods. We will fully refund the money paid to us within 30 working days.

In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition. If you do not return the goods within 30 working days we may reduce your refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.

In the interest of safety and Hygiene we can't refund or accept return of goods if they have been opened or used

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost we will refund or replace the goods if you notify us whitin 20 days of having placed the order. If however the lost parcel is a result of incorrect address given to us, then there will be no refund or replacement, however if the parcel is returned to us by the Postal Services then we will re-send the parcel to the correct address provided you pay the additional delivery cost arising thereof. We will not be held responsible for the customer's mistake.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
